Training of Trainers
In this first small pilot project, we educate three male and three female trainers in both the sheep and the goat education.
Hunger Relief Africa has carefully selected the students based on their skills and motivation. Due to limited funds, we fast-tracked the students through the three levels of sheep education: basic skills, Advanced, and Expert. The results are astonishing so far. The students have completed both the Basic and advanced levels and are now working hard on the expert level.
After they have completed their education, the students become local trainers for each support group of farmers, who will complete 60 lectures on sheep farming and 60 lectures on goat farming.
We are seeking donations for both educating more trainers and for them to teach the local farmers, refugees and other unable groups.
